About Me
- Joy Jenkins
- I live about an hour outside the Ft.Worth Dallas Metroplex, I buy and sell antiques, I have always been exposed to art, and antiques, my mother collected antiques and is a wonderful artist, I have taken a few lessons here and there, when I was younger, but I consider myself a self taught artist, I specialize in Making shell mirrors, or anything that comes to mind. I always loved the grottos’ that were all encrusted with shells I would look thru every book I could get my hands on that had the rooms covered in shells. I really love to garden ,read going to the beach My Sister and I do alot of nature walks,we have so much fun we never come home with a empty car ! I like to have fun at whatever it is I am doing. I like to be around people who have a positive outlook on life. I really enjoy what I do, and have a lot of support from, my family, and friends. I have been doing altered art creating something from a thing that was in need of a change it seems like forever.I love to shop Antique Markets I also do Decorating ,and Design,I love beautiful gardens, old cement Iron, fountains, and ponds.
